Team Introduction

Hanting Zhou, MS

Zhou Hanting received his bachelor’s degree from China Medical University and his master’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, majoring in Biological Sciences. During his master’s studies, he primarily worked on ligand development targeting nucleic acid structures and research related to chemical proteomics, building a solid foundation in these areas. After graduation, he served as a research assistant at the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory for one year, where he received systematic training and gained hands-on experience in studying molecular interactions using biophysical approaches. Looking ahead, he aims to further strengthen his skills in animal experimentation and focus on elucidating the role of proteostasis in the development and progression of hematopoietic system–related diseases. He was admitted in 2026 to the joint Ph.D. training program between Sun Yat-sen University and Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology.
